New digital health experience for members

AmeriHealth Adminstrators is committed to making the member experience more personalized and convenient. We are excited to announce that all members now have an entirely new digital health experience when they log in to the member portal at or through the AmeriHealth mobile app.

This new digital experience is more than just a cosmetic update. Enhancements were made based on extensive research by our Member Experience team and testing by members. We addressed the underlying core technology and took a user‑centric approach to address unmet member experience needs.

Enhanced capabilities

With new navigation and updated features, advanced technology with faster response times, and personalized content that’s easy to find, your members can:

  • Access Health Journeys for a quick view of everything related to their care, such as their personal health record, benefit coverage, condition‑specific information, and care and programs to help members reach their health goals
  • Build a virtual care team for quick access to primary and preferred providers
  • View personal reminders and activities to manage their health
  • Easily access additional benefits, partner solutions, and other available programs

Intuitive navigation, increased speed, and personalization

Members who currently use or the mobile app to manage their account will also notice updates to existing features, including the steps to:

Estimate cost for care or out‑of‑pocket costs based on their specific health plan

What’s next?

Members were able to download the new AmeriHealth mobile app from app stores as of June 1. Members will continue to have access to their current MyAHABenefits mobile app through the end of July, at which point the MyAHABenefits app will be retired and they will need to delete it from their devices. Their current member information will appear on the new desktop and mobile app platforms when they log in.
