AmeriHealth Administrators, a national Third-Party Administrator, announces it will now offer expanded network options for employer groups and their members. Through a collaboration with Evernorth Health Services’ Payer Solutions business, certain AmeriHealth Administrators employer groups will have the option to purchase coverage with nationwide access to the Cigna HealthcareSM Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Network.

Effective January 1, 2025, access to the Cigna Healthcare PPO Network will be available for purchase to qualifying employer groups when they sign or renew their services with AmeriHealth Administrators.
The Cigna Healthcare PPO Network includes nearly 1.2 million health care providers and 6,200 hospitals nationwide. AmeriHealth Administrators members who carry this coverage will also have access to the Cigna Healthcare provider search tool, which helps members find providers in their region.
